It was about time …

… to change our lives. We worked to earn money that we spent on things we didn’t need and lived in a place that was much too big for us. After ten years of traveling on our KTM dirt bikes we were joined by Joiz (the dog) and decided to sell the bikes and purchase a Land Rover Defender to keep on traveling off-road. It took us 5 more years of exploring Europe from Norway to Portugal before we finally took the decision to sell everything and hit the road. Starting September 2017 we  did “hit the road”, spending and enjoying the time together, making new friends, produce less waste and live a more sustainable life. After all it’s the only life that we have. When Covid made traveling (almost) impossible we decided to stay put in Heidelberg and temporarily gave up our nomad life. In 2024 we moved to Bremen which is an ideal location from where to explore Scandinavia and we are looking forward to many more trips around Europe.
