We did it! We hit the road to a new life, new friends, new challenges and new adventures.

The last 10 days and especially the last couple of days were rough. We underestimated what it takes to go from 2000 square feet to 20. Giving away tons of stuff and throwing away all the things no longer needed wasn’t that easy. On top of all that we also had to clean up the whole place so that it could be handed back.

Now we are at our first stop in Vilpiano near Bozen and will continue to Venice during the day. It still feels like being on a holiday trip even though this is going to be our life from now on. Guess it will take some time to get this into our brains.
